New fabric! Simply Color by V & Co for Moda and Hello Sunshine by Riley Blake

The Ombre solids were the main focal point in this line. So many ideas come to mind for quilts or apparel since ombre is a very wonderful way to play with color and the different shades just add that much more depth to your design. There is real beauty in simple designs and when you incorporate different shades of the same color in one project there is a subtle radiance that can make a very simple project look breathtaking. Throw in a love of vintage textiles and you get vintage and simple modern encompassed in one line!
There are some fantastic free pattern/tutorials over at Moda Bake Shop. Here are a few of my favorites using fabrics from Simply Color!

The quilt above is called Skittles Quilt. It uses 4 yds and a Charm Pack for the quilt top. Love it!

This is the Simply Woven quilt. Requires 2 Jelly Rolls plus yardage to make this colorful quilt.

Now a non-quilt project perfect for gift giving - Simply Colorful Coasters. These cuties use 1/3 yd of a solid of your choice and a Charm Pack.

Another super quick project - Herringbone Hot Pads. I love these! All that is required is a Charm Pack, 1 yd of fabric, some batting and a bit of insulating.

The Ghastlie Family Reunion Halloween Fabric

In Ghastlie Manor on Ghastlie Street there's a Ghastlie family there to meet. Mathilda Ghastlie with husband too extend a Ghastlie hand to you. It's a Ghastlie day for a Ghastlie walk, under Ghastlie trees on a Ghastlie block. A Ghastlie time for Ghastlie things like Ghastlie pets with Ghastlie wings!

This Ghastlie fabric is fantabulous!  There are multiple scenes within each print.  The Ghastlie Family Reunion sheeting print features Mathilda Ghastlie getting her hand kissed. Mathilda is approximately 10 1/2 inches tall.
