We just got some more Darla by Tanya Whelan today!

This Free Spirit fabric line has been VERY popular - I thought the pinks would be the first to go, but it was actually the reds and blues that sold out first. We have all the fabrics available again on the site - come on by and take a look! There has been more demand for Darla then there was for Tanya Whelan's last collection, Ava Rose (at least for our store...).

Did you know that Free Spirit has a free quilt pattern for Darla on their web site? Finished size is 49 1/2" by 49 1/2"

Windham Paper Dolls fabric by Sheri Marquez is hard to find!!

OK, so we were able to get our hands on a few bolts of Paper Dolls from Windham yesterday. You know, the adorable line from Sheryl Rae Marquez? We listed it on our site around 8:30 last night. Within 30 minutes, we had already sold some. That was the start of the mad rush! By 2 pm today, the fabric we listed yesterday was all gone. Talk about popular!! Do you girls love you some Paper Dolls, or what???

Not to worry, we have ordered lots more of this fabric, but the bad news is, it is not going to be available until March... :(
We will keep you posted!

Flights of Fancy by Paula Prass for Michael Miller

We'd like to take a moment and showcase another line of fabric that we think is fantastic:
Flights of Fancy - designed by Paual Prass for Michael Miller fabrics

As Paula describes it, the inspiration for this fabric line was a long, lovely, luxurious month spent in Hawaii. She carried a sketchbook and camera with her and captured the breathtaking beauty of sunsets over the ocean, the cultural influences of the asian and polynesian population and natural wildlife (dragonflies, birds and butterflies are incorporated in the focus fabrics).

The quilted castle is offering yardage, charm packs, and fat quarters in three colorways of this fabric (we can also pre-cut jelly rolls for you - shoot us an email and let us know if you'd like one (or two!):

1. Ocean - inspired by mornings on a private beach collecting the aqua, green, brown and frosted white beach glass. 2. Spring - based on the many fragrant flowers of the islands. 3. Summer -bold, bright colors in reds, blacks, and blues.
